Ordering and purchasing
1.1 Purchasing items
- Shopping with us is simple. Browse our wide range of products. When you find something that you wish to purchase, add the items description in your email.
- Review the list of items, then once you are satisfied, send us the email.
- We would like to continue to offer affordable prices on your favourite items, therefore, we kindly request a minimum purchase of RM20.00 per order, before shipping charges.
- In your email please include your name, address, contact number.
- Currently, products are only available in selected Klang Valley area.
- Cut off time is 5.00pm. Orders placed after that would be considered as next day order.
- We only accept cash on delivery. We do not accept cheques or credit cards.
1.2 Out of Stock Products
- Baking Pieces will always do our best to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" on our website.
However there are times where there may be fewer items in stock than what you may have ordered. We will notify your order status as soon as possible.
- We understand that this may be of an inconvenience to you and we do sincerly apologize beforehand should this situation arise.
Processing of orders takes 7-10 working days and we ship next working day after items received from supplier.
Shipping and Hand Delivery
2.1 Shipping and hand delivery
- All orders are on first-come-first serve.
- Processing of orders take 5-7 working days, unless otherwise specified.
- Pickup can be arrange on a case-to-case and by request basis. Please inform us in your order email and we will contact you to make any necessary arrangements.
- At this moment, we do not accept cheques, money order or credit card.
2.2 Shipping and Hand Delivery Rates
Shipping rates
- Flat pack options for flat items such as cupcake wrappers and toppers. Large parcels for bulky items such as cupcake case.
- Shipping rates vary, depending on weight of items ordered.
- Full payment is required upon ordering. Payment details will be sent once order is confirmed.

Returns or exchanges
- Please check your orders upon delivery to ensure that it is complete and correct. If your order items are missing, incorrect or damaged, we will replace the items. If the particular item is out of stock, we will provide you a credit note so that you can use it in your next purchase.
- We are unable to return or exchange all items once purchased.
- Check all measurements before placing an order, we are unable to offer any returns on items due to size issues.
- Computer monitors or screen vary, therefore, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to color issues.
Baking Pieces reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
